Tasting note:
Cherry cherry color. Floral aromas, red fruits, gently balsamic and hints of toasted aromas. It's fresh, soft and sweet tannins, round, silky and smooth wine. Good acidity. Long aftertaste.
Pairing: Grilled red meats, sausages, white meats, fish paellas, blue fish, starters.
Service: 16ºC - 18ºC

Variety: Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat and Verdejo.
Tasting Note:
Pale lemon yellow color, greenish reflections, bright. Powerful and fresh aromas, where white and tropical fruits, flowers and fresh vegetables appear. Intense, fruity and smooth palate, with medium and long acidity and a mineral finish.

Excellent Cygnus Brut Nature Reserva cava, Organic and Sulfite-Free, from the well-known Penedés Winery U MES U.
Varieties: Xarel.lo
Vinification: No added sulfites. Reserva, aged for 24 to 30 months on the lees in a cork stopper that allows micro-oxygenation that gives it a unique personality.
Tasting Note: Intense aromas of candied white fruit and hints of dried fruit. Robust and at the same time fresh palate, with mineral, yeast, fine and slightly spicy notes.
