Tobelos Rosado is a wine made from a mixture of white and red grapes.
The grapes come from three small vineyards located in Briñas, Labastida and San Vicente de la Sonsierra. The grapes are fermented in 4 barrels of 225 liters and 1 of 300 liters.

Tasting note:
Color: Onion skin pink.
Nose: High aromatic intensity with a mixture of red and stone fruit. Honey logs and white flowers.
Mouth: Good attack with a lot of volume and freshness. Perfectly balanced and very long. Fruity aftertaste with citrus and flower notes.
Pairing: Ideal to accompany rice, pasta, bivalve mollusks and fish.
Service: 9ºC - 11ºC

Tasting Note:
Straw yellow color, clean. Very intense, complex and clean on the nose. The notes of white fruit and stone fruit and citrus stand out. Light aniseed notes also appear and an important presence of terpene compounds responsible for the floral sensation. The work on the lees appears with fine and very light bakery notes that do not dull the sensation of freshness in the wine and add greater complexity.
In the mouth the entry is smooth, with a sensation of sweetness and very pleasant. The wine is broad, with good length and an acidity that maintains its liveliness, giving it a certain persistence. The overall sensation is that of a very balanced wine, with volume and range, always maintaining the sensation of freshness in it. The aromas of white fruit, florals, as well as light citrus and pastry notes appear again in the aftertaste, with medium persistence.
