TAMIZ TINTO ROBLE

Tamiz Roble red wine is made with 100% Tempranillo and belongs to the D.O. Ribera del Duero. The vineyard is located in the Valladolid town of Peñafiel, and is produced by Bodegas Teófilo Reyes. Tamiz Roble is aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
Varieties: Tempranillo

Tasting note:
At sight, cherry red color, clean, with violet hues. The nose is intense, red fruits from the forest, vanilla typical of a well-integrated wood. In the mouth it is a round wine with mature tannins with expression of the aromas that are appreciated in the olfactory phase, increased with balsamic, silky nuances.
To accompany: Pairs very well with lamb, suckling pig, grilled meats, without forgetting Castilian legume stews.
Service: 14ºC - 16ºC

SECRETS DE MAR BLANC

White wine from old vines over 30 years old from the prestigious Clos Galena winery in D.O.Q. Priorat, made with grapes selected and harvested by hand, transported in 15 kilo boxes to the winery. Aged on lees for approximately 1-2 months.
Variety: 70% White Garnacha | 30% Maccabee
Tasting Note:
White wine from the D.O. Terra Alta (Tarragona). Straw yellow color, clean and bright. On the nose, white fruit, floral and citrus notes in balance. In the mouth it appears as an elegant, smooth and voluminous wine.
Very sweet and fresh.

DAHLIA

If Dahlia were not a wine, it would be a happy conversation, a genuine smile, a sunset on the seashore.
The Dahlia is delicate, with endless subtle aromas that enchant, trap and envelop the moment in a special magic.
Its seductive floral notes of rose petals and its fresh but creamy palate make it unique and irresistible.
Varieties: Black Grenache
Tasting Note: Very pale pink and characteristic gray tones that give it its name. Delicate aromas of rose and jasmine. Fresh and floral on the palate, elegant with notes of red fruits and persistent acidity.
Pairing: Ideal for appetizers or to accompany soft rice and fish or seafood recipes.
