Politics of Return and Refund

1. Scope of application

This return and refund policy applies to all purchases made in the WINES CELLER 2015, S.L. online store.

2. Right of Withdrawal

• The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without the need for justification within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products.

• To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw from the contract by sending an email to rmontaner@winesceller.com, indicating the order number and the products they wish to return.

• Once the decision to withdraw has been notified, the customer must return the products to our address within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of communication of the withdrawal.

• Return costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is a result of an error on our part or defective products.

3. Return Conditions

• The products must be returned in their original condition, without having been opened or used, and with their original packaging in good condition.

• We reserve the right to refuse the return of products that do not meet these conditions.

4. Refund

• Once we receive the returned products and verify that they comply with the return conditions, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount.

• The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase, unless another refund method is expressly agreed.

• We undertake to make the refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned products.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

• In the event that products arrive faulty or damaged, the customer must inform us immediately and provide photographic evidence of the affected products.

We undertake to replace defective or damaged products at no additional cost to the customer or to refund the corresponding amount, depending on your preference.​
